- Feed the Content into an AI model, dataset, indicator or trading system that is shared with or sold to others.
- Reverse engineer the model, or publish attempts to reconstruct it.
- Remove or hide timestamps, watermarks or attribution.
Third-party data
Some Content is derived from market data owned by exchanges and other providers and is supplied to us under licence. Those licences do not allow onward distribution by you. Sharing it may breach their rights as well as ours.
Educators, creators and groups
If you want to show Apollonia in a video, stream, course or trading community, or want access for a team or desk, ask first at [CONTACT EMAIL]. We may agree in writing; without that, it is not permitted.
How we enforce this
We monitor for shared logins and for Content appearing outside the Service, and Content may carry account-specific markers. If you break this policy we may suspend or close your account without refund, ask platforms to remove the Content, and seek compensation for the loss caused.
Reporting
If you see Apollonia Content shared where it should not be, tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
