1. Who we are
Apollonia is operated by [LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS] ("Apollonia", "we", "us"). You can contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. These terms apply to the Apollonia website, workspace and outlook sheets (the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.
2. What the Service is
Apollonia publishes a pre-session outlook for NQ futures: expected ranges, the odds of certain outcomes and scheduled event information. It is general market research and education, published to all members in the same form.
It is not investment advice, a personal recommendation or a trade signal. We do not know your circumstances and do not tell you what to buy or sell, where to place stops or how to size a position. Every trading decision is yours. Please read the Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. The Service is for your own personal use. You are responsible for checking that using it is lawful where you live.
4. Your account
You can sign in with an email and password or with Discord. Keep your login details private and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. One account is for one person; sharing a login is not allowed. You are responsible for activity on your account.
5. Subscription and payment
- Access requires a paid subscription. The price is shown at checkout, currently [PRICE] per month.
- Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
- Payment is taken by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR]. We do not see or store your full card details.
- If a payment fails we may suspend access until it is made.
- We may change the price. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share, resell, republish or redistribute the Service's content, except as the Redistribution Policy allows;
- scrape, copy in bulk or use automated tools to collect content;
- attempt to reverse engineer the model or its outputs;
- interfere with the Service's security or operation;
- use the Service to break any law or regulation.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including the sheets, model outputs, text, design and software, belongs to us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use it for your own trading research while your subscription is active. Nothing else is granted.
8. Availability and accuracy
We aim to publish each sheet before its session, but we do not guarantee it. Sheets depend on third-party data that can be late, wrong or unavailable, and the Service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. The content is provided as is. We do not promise that it is accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose, or that using it will produce a profit.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that:
- we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service;
- we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including failures of data providers, exchanges, hosting or payment services;
- our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Suspension and termination
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, in particular the rules on sharing and redistribution, or if we are required to by law. If we end your access because of a serious breach, no refund is due. We may also withdraw the Service altogether; if we do, we will refund any period you have paid for and not received.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in the Service. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
12. General
These terms, with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Risk Disclaimer and Redistribution Policy, are the whole agreement between us. If part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your home courts.
