Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Your 14-day right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have 14 days from the day you first subscribe to change your mind, for any reason.
Access begins as soon as you subscribe, and by subscribing you ask us to start the Service during those 14 days. If you then cancel within the 14 days, we refund what you paid, less a proportionate amount for the days you had access.
To use this right, email [CONTACT EMAIL] from your account email and say you wish to cancel. A clear statement is all that is needed.
This right applies to your first subscription payment. It does not restart with each renewal.
After the 14 days
Payments for a period that has started are not refundable, and we do not give part-refunds for unused time. This is because the Service is delivered continuously from the moment you have access.
When we will always refund
- You were charged twice or charged in error.
- You were charged after you had cancelled.
- The Service was unavailable for a substantial part of your billing period because of a fault on our side. We will refund that part.
- We withdraw the Service. We will refund any period paid for and not received.
Losses are not grounds for a refund
Apollonia is research, not a promise of results. We do not refund because trades made while using the Service lost money, or because an outlook turned out wrong.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of our agreeing them.
Chargebacks
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first; we can usually fix it faster than your bank. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until it is resolved.
